This picture (including any caption) is supplied subject to the standard terms and conditions of Malibu Media copies of which are available upon request. Clients are specifically required to note the following.

Certain countries and states may provide legal protection to persons whose images are taken, reproduced, published or otherwise used without consent. Protection may also be given to artists, architects and others in relation to their works. Local laws may provide other rights restricting or preventing reproduction, publication or other uses of images. Clients must therefore satisfy themselves that the uses they intend to make of this picture and any caption are lawful under the laws of the countries or states in which they intend to publish, reproduce or use. Accordingly:

* Malibu Media shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by its client (“the Client”) or by any other person arising from the reproduction or publication of this picture or its caption or any part of it.

* The Client and all other persons responsible for reproduction or publication of this picture must satisfy themselves that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required for reproduction or publication are obtained. MM gives no warranty or undertaking that any such rights, releases or consents are or will be obtained whether in relation to the use of names, people, trade marks, registered or copyright designs or works of art depicted in any picture. In the event that the picture is used or reproduced or published by or with the authority of the Client then the Client shall indemnify MM against any loss, damage, proceedings or costs where such rights, releases or consents have not been obtained.
